Ailec, which has just completed a 16,000 square ft. extension to the 40,000 square ft. headquarters into which th The Morgana UFO was bought to bring extra speed and flexibility to folding operations and handles a wide range of items and employs an equally varied selection of folds. “We use it for folding inserts, carrier sheets and covers, amongst other things” says Ailec’s Richard Johns “and, as we do all our folding off-line, we can wheel the unit to wherever it is required.” This flexibility is one of several features that appealed to Ailec. Others included the folder’s high capacity, its speed and the ease of set up that enables Ailec’s operators to change quickly from one job to the next.
