Colour Works Digital, a division of The Colour Works Printing Company of Mill Harbour, London is the latest digital printer to take delivery of the dual-function Morgana DigiFold, which has been developed specially to crease and fold digital output in a single pass. Morgana has also supplied Colour Works with a Foldnak 8 bookletmaker and trimmer and an Iram multi-spindle drill.

The Morgana equipment has been installed to finish colour output from a Xerox 2060 and 6060.

“Initially” states Paul Emberson of Colour Works “we had a Morgana AutoCreaser and, while this worked very well, we had always looked forward to having the extra functionality of the DigiFold, which performs both creasing and folding.” The DigiFold is used to finish a variety of work, much of it personalised, in runs between 50 and 1,000 and between it the bookletmaker and the drill, it has made Colour Works Digital entirely self-sufficient in finishing equipment.
