What is National Customer Service Week? 
National Customer Service Week began way back in 2001. Since then it has more than doubled in popularity EVERY year. It seems that organisations everywhere want to be part of NCSW and they want to tell everyone about it! By hosting an event within your organisation, no matter how big or small, serious or fun, you are taking part in NCSW. It’s a great way to boost morale and teamwork and it shows your customers how dedicated you are to customer service.
