Support Services for UK Customers

From the moment you place your order, our customer care and support teams will work with you to plan, deliver, install and train your operators.

Free UK delivery, installation and initial operator training

Morgana equipment is delivered Free to UK mainland sites. Some sites require specialist machines to locate the equipment. Staircases that require stairwalking machines, upstairs windows that require crane use and many more. Morgana work with their customers to facilitate a safe and effective installation. A site survey form is available to give us information about your site. 

To gain the full commercial benefits afforded by an investment in Morgana Systems’ equipment, it is important that your operators are trained fully on all aspects of the operation of the equipment. Morgana Systems’ training team provide comprehensive initial training free of charge to a maximum of 4 people. As well as free initial training, we can provide additional on-site training for replacement operators or refresher training for your existing team, at reasonable cost. Please contact us for details. 

As part of our customer care programme and to ensure our customers get the best from their Morgana equipment, our field service team provide free follow-up courtesy calls, within the first six months.


Warranty

In the UK, all Morgana products carry a minimum 12-month parts warranty and a 6-month labour warranty. For the majority of products this means on-site. Some of our smaller products are sold with a ‘return to base’ warranty.


Nationwide service

Morgana’s highly trained field service team offer a nationwide service backed up by comprehensive spares holdings and technical support.
